Commentaires des passagers | -Were pleased by the music on ground. A very nice addition to their flying experience. -Were irritated by the excess G-forces. (+3.02 0.03). -Were anxious because they heard a loud sound coming from the rear of the aircraft upon take-off. -Were terrified because of the problem during flight. |

Descriptif des pannes | For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. Fortunately, it was at a low altitude so the decompression damage was minimal.The flaps were extended at excessive airspeed and were damaged. The pilot over rotated the aircraft upon take-off and the tail hit the ground. Electrical system had a short circuit and it failed interminently during flight. It would have been better to shutdown master, short circuits are dangerous and can cause a fire. |
